   Exactly like the picture! I’m not sure how to screw on the pointy ones but I’ll figure it out eventually! The magnet is super strong but they will look crooked at first if you don’t adjust them. It itches for me but it’s probably because I haven’t had anything like that in my nose but I would definitely buy them again!
