Good lubrication, very good lubrication, I mean good anti-friction qualities. And most importantly, she has no smell at all, from the word at all. I was even surprised, almost dived into this jar with my nose, but there was zero smell. I took from the same brand, another silicone lubricant, it is positioned as a lubricant for everything, up to household appliances, but after looking at that the difference is only in weight, and so it is the same silicone grease, both without any odors. I definitely advise.
